Hi there,
I run a company with two partners and we are butting heads a bit over making decisions regarding the company. I own 70% of the company while my partners own 15% each. We all have our strengths and weaknesses and even after discussing pros and cons between ourselves we still can't come to a mutual decision. How do you handle big decision making within the business? Do you do it based on equity? Majority vote? Leave the decisions to the most experienced in the certain area to decide on behalf of the company?
I'd love to hear some input on this.
