If you had $80,000 to invest in whatever you wanted, what would you do to make a stable income?

This is basically my situation.

My cleaning business is shutting down due to internal drama and a lack of clients (we cleaned office buildings) and now I’d like to start another business.

I have $80,000. I live in an apartment in a beach town in Australia where there are one or two vacant street side stores I could rent if I wanted a brick and mortar store.

What are some things you would do in my situation?
