I was thinking to open an online business but in my country nothing works

Yeah I live in shitty country where you can't do nothing, so I guess I need to open a company outside of my country so I can register in Stripe (for payments), Shopify, Woocommerce or anywhere else. So I heard there are some companies that do that kind of services like Atlas, Limited in UK, Estonia e-Residence and some others but now I don't wanna invest to much because I'm not sure my ideas are gonna work, so where is cheaper and better and I can do it all from my home (online).
